Guacamole is a vibrant, creamy dip that's a party favorite and a kitchen staple. This classic Mexican condiment is more than just mashed avocados; it's a celebration of fresh flavors and simple ingredients that brings a burst of fresh, vibrant flavor to any occasion. Made primarily from ripe avocados, it's a creamy, satisfying blend of textures and tastes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Small Onion Red or White Finely chopped
  • 1 Small Tomato cutted into small cubes
  • Salt a pinch
  • White Pepper a pinch
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Coriander
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Coriander Optional
  • ¼ Cup Lemon juice
  • Tabasco Sauce optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocados:
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
    2 Ripe Avocado
  2. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency. Some people prefer a smooth guacamole, while others like it chunky.
Prepare the Vegetables:
  1. Finely chop the onion.
    1 Small Onion Red or White
  2. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and finely chop them.
    1 Small Tomato
  3. Finely chop the fresh coriander if using.
    ¼ Cup Fresh Coriander
Combine Ingredients:
  1. Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and cilantro to the mashed avocados.
  2. Season with salt, white pepper (if using), ground coriander and lemon or lime juice.
    Salt, White Pepper, ¼ Cup Lemon juice, ¼ Tsp Ground Coriander
  3. Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Taste and Adjust:
  1. Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, lemon/lime juice, or cilantro to your liking.
  2. If you like a spicy guacamole, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce or your favorite hot sauce.

Serving suggestions: 

Serve this tasty guacamole with some nachos, fajita or philadelphia meals.It is also a fantastic topping for tacos, burritos, salads, and grilled meats. It can also be spread on toast or used as a flavorful sandwich spread.

To prevent browning, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
For a smokey flavour, you can grill the onions and tomatoes before chopping them.
If you do not have white pepper, black pepper can be used.
