Prepare the Avocados:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.2 Ripe Avocado
- Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency. Some people prefer a smooth guacamole, while others like it chunky.
Prepare the Vegetables:
- Finely chop the onion.1 Small Onion Red or White
- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and finely chop them.1 Small Tomato
- Finely chop the fresh coriander if using.¼ Cup Fresh Coriander
Combine Ingredients:
- Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and cilantro to the mashed avocados.

- Season with salt, white pepper (if using), ground coriander and lemon or lime juice.Salt, White Pepper, ¼ Cup Lemon juice, ¼ Tsp Ground Coriander
- Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, lemon/lime juice, or cilantro to your liking.
- If you like a spicy guacamole, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce or your favorite hot sauce.Tabasco Sauce

Serve this tasty guacamole with some nachos, fajita or philadelphia meals.It is also a fantastic topping for tacos, burritos, salads, and grilled meats. For a smokey flavour, you can grill the onions and tomatoes before chopping them. If you do not have white pepper, black pepper can be used.
