Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, grated onion, breadcrumbs, egg and spices.500 G Ground Meat, 1 Egg, ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs, 1 Onion grated, ½ Tsp Garlic powder, ½ Tsp Cinnamon, ½ Tsp All Spices or Sweet Pepper, ¼ Tsp Black pepper, ½ Tsp Paprika, ¼ Tsp Nutmeg, ¼ Tsp White pepper, ½ Tsp Salt

- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape the Rosto:
- Spread the meat patty on baking paper.

- Place desired filling (Carrots, pistachio, garlic slices, boiled egg…) .
- Roll the patty with the baking paper and then with an aluminum foil.
- Place the roll in the fridge for at least one hour
Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (180°C).
- Place the meat rolls on a baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover the rolls and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

You can make ahead your meat rosto (meat loaf) and freeze it unbaked for 3 to 4 months.
