Prepare the Green Beans:
- Cut the heads and bottom of your green beans, then cut into smaller pieces, wash with cold water and drain.
Sauté the Onions and Garlic:
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Sauté the chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.1 Medium Onion, 3 Garlic Cloves

- Add salt, white pepper, ground cinnamon, and seven spices.500 G Green Beans, ½ Tsp Salt, ¼ Tsp White Pepper, ½ Tsp Seven Spices, ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Add the tomatoes and green beans:
- Add the tomatoes to the pot and stir.2 Medium Tomatoes

- Add the washed green beans.500 G Green Beans
Add the sauce and simmer:
- Add the tomato sauce and water bring to a boil.½ Cup Tomato Sauce, 2 Cups Water

- Reduce the heat, cover and simmero for 15 to 20 minutes or until your beens are soft.

Serving suggestions:
Serve warm or at room temperature with a piece of bread or even with a side of white rice with vermicellie.
You can also serve it with some radish, green onions, or white onions.
