Combine All Ingredients:
- In a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid (like a mason jar), simply add all your ingredients: olive oil, red wine vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, finely chopped curly parsley, and white pepper.½ Cup Olive Oil, ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar, ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano, 1 Tbsp Curly Parsley, ½ Tsp White Pepper

Shake It Up!
- Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing appears emulsified.
Taste & Adjust:
- Give it a quick taste. Feel free to adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or even a touch of honey/sugar if you prefer a slightly sweeter note (though it's excellent as is!).

Notes
Store your homemade Italian dressing in the sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks. Give it a good shake before each use, as the ingredients may separate (this is natural!).
