Combine Ingredients:
- In a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the mayonnaise, finely chopped cornichons, finely chopped onion, and lemon juice.200 G Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Cornichon, 1 Tbsp Onion, 2 Tbsp Lemon juice

- Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix Thoroughly:
- Securely close the lid on the jar.
- Shake the jar vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and the sauce appears smooth and uniform.
Chill and Rest (Recommended):
- For the best flavor, transfer the jar to the refrigerator and let the tartar sauce rest for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld and deepen.
