Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add Wet Ingredients:
- Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Microwave:
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes
- If you find your batter is so thick add a bit of water or milk to it and mix
- If it is so wet add a sprinkle of flour and mix.
- It is also optional for you to add a bit of liqueur or whiskey to the mixture
- When your batter is ready before putting it in the microwave you can simply add some chocolate chips to it or a teaspoon of chocolate spread.
