Mix the Batter:
- In a bowl, mash a ripe banana along with an egg and mix well.1 Medium Ripe Banana

- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.½ Cup Almond Flour, ¼ Tsp Baking Powder, Pinch of Ground Cinnamon

- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour batter into the pan.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
