Ingredients
  

  • 500 G Green Beans
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes Diced
  • ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp White Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Seven Spices
  • 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions
 

Prepare the Green Beans:
  1. Cut the heads and bottom of your green beans, then cut into smaller pieces, wash with cold water and drain.
Sauté the Onions and Garlic:
  1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
    4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  2. Sauté the chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
    1 Medium Onion, 3 Garlic Cloves
  3. Add salt, white pepper, ground cinnamon, and seven spices.
    500 G Green Beans, ½ Tsp Salt, ¼ Tsp White Pepper, ½ Tsp Seven Spices, ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Add the tomatoes and green beans:
  1. Add the tomatoes to the pot and stir.
    2 Medium Tomatoes
  2. Add the washed green beans.
    500 G Green Beans
Add the sauce and simmer:
  1. Add the tomato sauce and water bring to a boil.
    ½ Cup Tomato Sauce, 2 Cups Water
  2. Reduce the heat, cover and simmero for 15 to 20 minutes or until your beens are soft.
