Ingredients
  

  • 4 Medium Potatoes Cut into wedges
  • Salt
  • Pinch White Pepper Optional
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
To Boil the Potatoes:
  • Water
  • Salt

  • 1 Baking tray
  • 1 Drainer

Instructions
 

Boil Potatoes:
  1. Boil the potato wedges in a pot of salted water for 10-15 minutes, or until they are slightly tender.
    4 Medium Potatoes, Water, Salt
Season and Arrange:
  1. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, white pepper, and oregano.

Roast:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the potato wedges for 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
