Ingredients
  

  • 200 G Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Cornichon Finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients:
  1. In a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the mayonnaise, finely chopped cornichons, finely chopped onion, and lemon juice.
    200 G Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Cornichon, 1 Tbsp Onion, 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix Thoroughly:
  1. Securely close the lid on the jar.
  2. Shake the jar vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and the sauce appears smooth and uniform.
Chill and Rest (Recommended):
  1. For the best flavor, transfer the jar to the refrigerator and let the tartar sauce rest for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld and deepen.

Serving suggestions: 

After chilling (or immediately, if you're in a hurry), the tartar sauce is ready to serve with your favorite seafood dishes, fries, or anything else you desire!
