Coleslaw Salad

Coleslaw salad is a very simple and refreshing salad that you can always have as a side dish.
The dish was initially created in the Netherlands. In fact, the term coleslaw originates from the Dutch expression koosla, which means “cabbage salad.”
It is made with crisp cabbage, carrots, and a creamy dressing that makes it really delicious.
Serve this coleslaw with just about anything. It’s perfect for summer cookouts. I love it with grilled chicken, french fries, baked potatoes, burgers. It can also be served on top of sandwiches.
