  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • Vanilla Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

Combine Dry Ingredients:
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients:
  1. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Microwave:
  1. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

  • If you find your batter is so thick add a bit of water or milk to it and mix
  • If it is so wet add a sprinkle of flour and mix. 
  • It is also optional for you to add a bit of liqueur or whiskey to the mixture   
  • When your batter is ready before putting it in the microwave you can simply add some chocolate chips to it or a teaspoon of chocolate spread.

Serving suggestions:

Top with ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
