Have you ever tried eggs with minced meat and spices? Bayd b lahme or eggs and Meat is a popular dish in Lebanon, easy to prepare, delicious and flavorful. All you need is some eggs and ground meat.
An easy and fast meal to prepare especially when you do not feel like cooking or you do not have enough time for it.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 G Ground Meat Beef or Lamb
  • 4 Tsp Oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Cinnamon To Taste

Equipment

  • 1 Pan

Instructions
 

Cook the meat:
  1. In a pan over medium low heat, heat the oil and add meat to it.
    4 Tsp Oil, 150 G Ground Meat
Season:
  1. Once cooked, season with salt, pepper, cinnamon and stir.i

Add the eggs:
  1. Add the eggs to the pan, stir and keep on medium to low heat until eggs are cooked.

Notes

  • You can reduce the meat quantity or add more eggs to it. You can adjust it the way you want.
  • You can also use beef, lamb or pork ground meat as well.
