Prepare the Beef:
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long.500 G Beef Steak
- In a medium bowl, combine the beef strips with salt, white pepper, seven spices, garlic powder, and ground cinnamon.½ Tsp Salt, ¼ Tsp White Pepper, ½ Tsp Seven Spices, ½ Tsp Garlic Powder, ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon

- Add the vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) and lemon juice to the beef.4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Mix well to ensure all the strips are coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and leave the beef to rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour. For a more intense flavor, you can marinate it for longer.
