
Lebanese Tabbouleh
This traditional Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad recipe is a healthy vegan Mediterranean appetizer made with bulgur, parsley, mint and chopped vegetables.Tabbouleh is basically parsley salad. There’s technically no lettuce in it. It’s a salad made up of parsley, tomatoes, bulgur wheat, and onions – all finely chopped and tossed with olive oil and lemon juice!It's a light and flavorful dish that's perfect for every day.

- In a large bowl, combine lemon zest, chopped tomatoes.1 Bunch Flat Parsley, 10 Mint leaves, 3 Tomatoes, ½ Tsp Lemon zest, 1 Medium Onion

- Then Add the chopped mint (if using), parsley, and finely chopped onion

- Season the onion with salt and seven spices.½ Tsp Salt, ½ Tsp Seven Spices or Sweet Pepper
- Add the bulgur wheat.2 Tbsp Fine bulgur
- Toss the lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.½ Cup Lemon Juice, ½ Cup Olive Oil

- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Extra Tip:
You can prepare your delicious Tabbouleh base ahead of time. Cover it and keep it in the fridge, and just before serving, add the lemon juice and oil and mix well.Serving suggestions:
