Prepare the Potato:
- Peel and cut potatoes into medium-sized chunks. 2.4 Potatoes

- Toss the potato pieces with oilOil
- Place the potatoes in an air fryer basket.
- Air fry according to your air fryer's instructions, or until crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the sauce:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.2 Tbsp Oil
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.5 Garlic Cloves

- Add salt and spices (white pepper, paprika, ground coriander) and stir well.¼ Tsp White Pepper, ½ Tsp Paprika, ½ Tsp Ground Coriander, Salt
Combine ingredients:
- Add the cooked potatoes to the spiced oil and toss to coat.
- Add fresh lemon juice over the potatoes.2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
