Ingredients
  

  • 500 G Frozen Peas Or fresh or canned
  • 2 Large Carrots Diced into cubes
  • 2 Medium Potatoes Diced into cubes
  • 1 Medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 200 G Ground meat Beef or Lamb, you can use meat cubes instead
  • ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 4 Cups Water Meat or Vegetable broth
  • 4 Tbsp Oil Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Seven Spices
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp White Pepper

Instructions
 

Sauté the Aromatics:
  1. Heat the olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil) in a medium pot over medium heat.
    4 Tbsp Oil
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened and translucent (about 5 minutes).

Add the Meat and Season:
  1. Add the diced meat (beef or lamb) to the pot with the softened onions.
    200 G Ground meat
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned on all sides.
  3. Season the meat and onions with salt, seven spices, ground cinnamon, and white pepper. Stir well to coat.
    ½ Tsp Salt, ½ Tsp Seven Spices, ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon, ¼ Tsp White Pepper
Add Tomato Sauce and Liquid:
  1. Add the tomato sauce to the pot and stir to combine with the meat and onions.
    ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
  2. Pour in the water or broth. The amount should be enough to cover the ingredients and create a stew-like consistency.
    4 Cups Water
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Add Peas, Carrots, and Potatoes:
  1. Once the meat has simmered and is somewhat tender, add the frozen, fresh or canned peas, diced carrots, and diced potatoes to the pot.

  2. Stir gently to combine them with the sauce and meat.
Simmer and Cook Vegetables:
  1. Cover the pot again, reduce the heat to low, and let the stew simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the carrots and potatoes are tender and cooked through. The peas will cook quickly. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
