Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small Tomato Diced
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 8 Green or Black Olives Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Mint
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sumac
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Garlic Paste:
  1. In a mortar and pestle, mince the garlic with a pinch of salt until it forms a smooth paste. This helps to break down the garlic and release its full flavor.
    2 Garlic Cloves, ¼ Tsp Salt
Combine Ingredients:
  1. Transfer the garlic paste to a small bowl. Add the sumac, diced tomato, green bell pepper, green onions, and olives.

Add Herbs and Oil:
  1. Crumble the dry mint into the bowl to release its aroma, then pour in the olive oil.

Toss to Combine:
  1. Stir gently until all the ingredients are well mixed and coated in the olive oil.
