Ingredients
  

  • ½ English Cucumber Diced
  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Mint

Prepare the Base:
  1. In a medium bowl, mince the garlic with a pinch of salt.
    This will create a smooth paste, which helps to distribute the garlic flavor evenly throughout the salad.

Combine Ingredients:
  1. Add the diced cucumber to the bowl with the garlic paste.
    ½ English Cucumber
  2. Scoop in the plain yogurt.
    2 Cups Plain Yogurt
Season, Mix and Serve:
  1. Add the dried mint over the yogurt and stir until all the ingredients are well-combined.
