Combine Ingredients:
- Add the garlic, salt, and white pepper to a food processor.1 Cup Garlic Cloves, Pinch of Salt, Pinch of White Pepper

Pulse to a Paste:
- Pulse until the garlic is finely minced.

Add Lemon Juice:
- Pour in the lemon juice and pulse to combine.¼ Cup Lemon Juice
Drizzle in Oil:
- Slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil while pulsing until a smooth, creamy paste forms.2 ½ Cup Vegetable Oil

Notes
Store the garlic paste in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. While adding the oil in the last step and in case you didn't get a smooth creamy paste add a few garlic cloves, sometimes it happens depending on the garlic type.
