
Chicken Pasta With Tomato Sauce

Sauté the vegetables and chicken:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.5 Tbsp Oil
- Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.1 Medium Onion, 4-5 Garlic cloves

- Add the carrots, mushrooms, and sweet corn.2 Medium Carrots, 100 G Fresh Mushroom, 150 G Sweet corn
- Stir in the chicken, and cook until chicken is cooked through.500 G Chicken breast
- Season with salt, ground cinnamon, chicken spices, white pepper, oregano, dry basil and mix well.Salt to taste, ¼ Tsp White pepper, 1 Tsp Chicken Spices, ½ Tsp Ground cinnamon, 1 Tsp Oregano, 1 Tsp Basil
Add sauce and water:
- Pour in the tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.3 Cups Water, ½ Cup Tomato Sauce
Cook pasta:
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta according to package directions.250 G Pasta, Salt, Water
Serve:
- Drain the pasta and divide it among bowls.
- Top with the chicken sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.Parmesan Cheese
- A second method is to add the drained pasta over the sauce in the pot, mix well and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
